At Norman Devlin's we offer a comprehensive in-house Surveying and Valuation service.

We carry out valuations/survey inspections for both residential and commercial lending purposes for many of the leading banks and building societies. Our services are also used by solicitors, accountants and individual clients requiring a valuation of property or personal effects for purposes such as inheritance tax, probate or matrimonial settlement.

In addition we undertake rent reviews and lease renewals, acting for either tenant or landlord, on industrial, office, retail and other commercial premises. We also negotiate compensation for clients in a variety of circumstances including government compulsory purchase orders / property vesting, key land issues such as visibility splays, access to building sites or development land, etc.
